Some children may lag behind their peers in language development and communication, regardless of whether they have an autism (ASD) diagnosis or a developmental delay.

We believe that helping children communicate effectively and develop language skills as early as possible is crucial. Effective communication:

  1. Supports a life of dignity by fostering greater independence for the child.

  2. Gives the child a sense of mastery and achievement,

  3. Reduces frustration and anxiety, which often result from an inability to express needs, desires, or disagreements.

  4. Empowers the child to self-advocate, express agreement or disagreement, and defend their rights.

  5. Increases the likelihood of a smooth transition to school or other academic environments.

  6. Enhances family relationships, enabling more effective interaction with the child.

Our team of child psychologists employs interventions whose effectiveness has been supported by decades of research. For example, scientific evidence indicates that 85% of non-verbal children who started Pivotal Response Training (PRT) before the age of 5 developed language as their main mode of communication. In addition to PRT, we offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)*, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).

We offer treatment at our Center, while our team operates in other cities such as Amsterdam, Leiden, The Hague, Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Zoetermeer, Delft, and surrounding areas. We offer therapy at home, in our center, and at school.
